I thought I'd post another song or two...
Last night I got to attend a sunfest concert on Vancouver Island where I live near Duncan British Columbia and while I couldn't be there for the whole day I did get get to sit in a lawn chair and enjoy the scenery and the music. I'll paint the picture.
Fairly hot summer day, thousands of people lots and lots of 20 somethings dressed the way they dress on a hot summer day
- good food, good beer and Chad Brownlee followed by a musical God of mine Alan Jackson.
Chad is a Canadian singer and was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks so he is Canada through an through. Here is a little known song by him.
And then there is Alan. I dont know which song by him is my favorite but this is among the leading contenders...
A perfect summer evening. Made even better in that my son did volunteer work to get the tickets ($80 a head) and while I will give him some monetary return he stepped up and at 19 I'm happy with that.
