Hard to believe it's free, isn't it? I live only about 15-20 minutes from PHL, and have flown commercially and spotted around the perimeter road many times. SunSky made about as accurate rendition of the airport as possible, including many of the surrounding areas - Lincoln Financial Field, Fort Mifflin, the Boeing heliport in Ridley, etc.
The only very minor complaint: the ground textures with this scenery switch over to hard winter on November 1st, which is about a month and a half prior to the 'usual' FSX winter logic in this part of the world. This leaves PHL looking like a winter wonderland while the rest of the surrounding areas are still in autumn. As far as I know, they never issued a fix.
