I'll be taking time off from all sim-related activities. I'm still getting headaches and having other physical problems. I think it's time for me to just kick back and relax. I have no idea for how long.

Talon, I had similar problems a number of years ago. I started an excersize program at the insistence of my doctor.
Started very slowly and simple. Some walking and lifting some 4 lb weights. Am now well beyond that after 3 years of this, no more headaches, good cholesterol levels, good weight, Type II diabetes prevented, etc. And I feel better than I did at age 40...... I think that Panther has something going for him, I excersize now one hour a day for six days/week.:running::running::running::running::running::running::icon_lol:
 
A good rest to you Talon. All you people plagued with headaches look into a magnesium deficiency and supplements.

Tony,

You speak of something you know nothing about. It has nothing to do with magnesium deficiency or supplements. ***CENSORED*** I know what the cause is and will take the right steps to get better.

I know all about excercising, I get plenty of it. I walk everyday, swim,shoot some hoops, do some lifting and have no weight problems (I weigh about 5 lbs more than when I was in HS over 40 years ago ). As you can see I keep myself in pretty good shape.

Take the time you need to take care of yourself. Rest, enjoy the sunset, sit on the beach and listen to seabirds chattering away. I know the source of your "ailment" to some degree...and a magnesium deficiency it ain't.

Will say some more prayers for you and the others like you....there are a lot of ya out there who are being hung out to dry for the most part.

Talon, maybe it's time to talk to somebody. A lot of physical symptoms can have other causes. It looks like you are doing the right things physically. I wish you the best. BTW, to give you something to think about with your NJ connection: On the north side of the beach at Ashbury Park, they want to start a municipally sanctioned topless beach...........:wavey::running:
