Did you check your installation first?

Make sure the AI aircraft appear in your Airplanes folder, and check to see if the traffic file is either in the Scenery/World/scenery folder or in the Wattisham/Scenery folder.

Yes! Everything is in place!
Not today, I started ;-)
But thanks!
Regards,

Make sure scenery is activated in FSX library.

Also, check your Display settings to make sure aircraft casts shadows on ground is turned OFF. If they are turned on, your AI will not show up.

Make sure AI traffic is turned up in Dispaly settings.

The AI Lightnings operate periodically over a 24 hour cycle but not continuously for 24 hours. The pilots need comfort breaks !! Set the time to around 9:0 am you should then see some movement. I have just checked the scenery and everything is OK. :)

Hello,

I do understand it, but a piece of EE Lightning, there is no concrete!

92% of my traffic slider

So, the traffic file is corrupt!

And I'm sad
Because the EE Lightning of traffic I bought the package

Please contact The Flightsim Store which you should have done in the first instance as they are the vendors. They will then contact Team SDB. SOH is not the right place.

But before you do IF you used the installer package supplied then to see the AI requires adjustment of the "Airline traffic density". At 0% you will see nothing. At 100% you will see a full apron of Lightnings with density stepped in between. It is highly unlikely that the traffic file is corrupt.

Please lock this thread now Ickie.

Unfortunately, there is no exact address where to complain!
You can help in this???

zsoltquack,
Maybe he was talking about this page:
http://www.flightsimstore.com/contact_us.php

There is a ticket service in the end of the page. :salute:

EDIT:
BUT, in the flightsim store there is this notification:
"Please Note: This help ticket system is not for product technical support. If you are having a technical issue with a product you have purchased from us you must contact the author or publisher for assistance."

So, i think Team SDB might have another channel to give support somewhere else.

As someone who has had products at that vendor site I have to wonder why you would want your customer to have to go through a third-party to receive any support? Especially FS Pilot Shop?!? They can't solve developer payment problems, so how will they be able to assist YOUR customer?

To the paying customer aka zsoltquack, on the product pages for this developer is Manufacturer Tech Support link, which will give you an email address to ask for assistance directly from the developer.

And Mickey D., it's not your thread. You can't demand that it be locked. You might have seen it as an opportunity to provide some customer service to a paying customer. I don't feel that idea ever struck you, did it?

I didn't demand the thread be locked I merely requested it. You must have missed that. I felt a public forum wasn't the correct place to discuss the customer's problem. If he would like to contact us through the proper channels we'll sort it out . :)

Just to put the record straight I contacted Adrian at Flightsim Store and requested a test install. It looks as if the file was corrupted during the download process. This is his reply:

Hi Mike,

I've done a test install of RAF Wattisham for FS9 and FSX and have
definitely seen AI Lightning movements in the circuit and on the apron
in both the FS9 and FSX versions, so I don't think there are any issues
with the file we're providing to your customers.

I've also corrected a bug in the customer list in the vendor control
panel so if you have their name or email address you should be able to
find them in there now.

Kind Regards,

Adrian Lehmann

Dear Mickey D,

Unfortunately, not only I did not see the EE Lightning on the concrete floor, a friend of mine experienced the same!
There is a FS2004 traffic file has solved the traffic problem
Can argue at length about this, but ultimately I'm the customer!
These were the experiences

Regards,
Zsolt
