The official statement from the TS3 developers is that it will be released (dare I mention that word?)....

It is in the Beta stage, with chosen volunteers putting it through its paces.

Anyone updates? According to their website, the new version of "America's Army" will be utilizing Teamspeak 3. But again, release of that updated sim is sometime in 2009.
