You should get one!! (Or do you still prefer the coolie hat on your joystick?). Well, I think it's still a good idea to let you review the thing.
I don't mind at all Joost, it's always good to get others look over a model. However much you think you know your own work, someone else will always spot what you've missed or have different requirements.
And TrackIR is on my shopping list, it's just way down it after lots of other things. Always assuming the family don't come up with other, er, priorities. And they will.

Tom, it's truly a thing of beauty!! 
First class all round, faultless.
I love the 'pit too, suitably complex. She's a beast to get off the runway, I tried at Kenley first, way too short so went to Harrowbeer and got off in the nick of time. She actually 'feels' heavy!
The sound is awesome too and the fly-by is really very good, difficult to achieve in CFS3.

No, it was too late for any WW2 service, but others did use them afterwards. You'll find a brief history of its service in Tempest readme.pdf in the download - it's in the tempest_mkii directory.
