Great to see you back Sander. Coming back after going through what you have is very big and important step.

Having been in the same sort of situation I can empathise with you feeling you let a lot of people down. A lot of us here know something of what you've been through and understand completely that you needed time away.

Take things at a steady pace, we're a caring bunch down here in 'The Basement' and will be here if you need us.

Well now Sander . . . how do us old geezers, who have been through what you have a dozen times or more, begin to explain the normalcy of your predicament. I guess Dirtman(?) said it best . . . " 'em if they can't take a joke." I don't know if that makes any sense or not but the point is that everyone needs to drop out once in a while and reorganize their lives. We love you for what you have done for CFS2, but life here will go on with or without you. Naturally, we want it to go on with you, but in this community there is always someone to pick up the slack if you have to drop out. I guess you have picked up on that as you have discovered the recent works of Rhumbaflappy and others. To sum, PEACE OUT BRO!

Welcome back. I am in full agreement with veryone else in saying we are glad to hear from you again. Also, I applaud your honesty. It takes a real person to realize and understand the issues facing them and to confront those issues head on. Good for you!
