• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politicion will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment amoung members. It is a poison to the community. We apprciate compliance with the rules.

Well, I find myself yet again, with useless Amazon gift cards...in the sense that all I want to purchase at this point is an aircraft...haha

I was thinking that, wouldn't it be great, if I could purchase a product vendor's Gift Certificate from amazon! Then I could still enjoy using the amazon gift card, and I could then purchase the digital download of my choice from the vendor's we store!

Just a thought I'll put out there...I have no idea what it costs to sell on amazon, but even if it's a few dollars more to cover their commissions...would be worth it to me.... anyone else ever been stuck in this paddless boat!? LOL.
 
maybe just eliminate the giving of the amazon card in the first place, LOL I have never had or gotten one, so no idea how you end up with them, but if someone is giving them to you (my assumption) then ask them to give something else if possible.

For years my Moms boyfriend kept giving me for Xmas these ugly yuppie style shirts since it is what everyone he knows wears and finally I pulled him aside and said "I am thankful for the gift, but man do you really think I will ever wear a plaid IZOD polo?? LOL"...........................Got a 10 gig flash drive the next Xmas, WOOHOO!
 
Well, I get them from work as a form of kudos... It's not that I can't use them, I was really just lamenting that I couldn't use them to purchase an FS related item...
