I sink that the Do217 is the most heavy night fighter of germans.
The Do217 is the best in low level altitud it can be used the advance tactical to lauch anti ships rocket and is good in high altitude, is more heavy than Ju88 and Bf110.The large fuselage give him more linear fly stability-sustentation better support in storm but I sink than it big night fighter only can be has good in mission like strike or search specific objectives, anti-ships missions. but against others night fighters or single fighters not have maneuverability and turn.
I like more the Ju88 because is very versatile, have acceptable maneuverability, nice dive bomber attacks, it has tried to be the difficult one to destroy in missions bombing of battle of britain.Is medium between means of heavy do217 and light bf110.
About Bf110 it is the only native heavy fighter, best biplane with the american´s P-38 to fight against others biplanes or monoplanes..I believe that there is a bad reputation of which this airplane was obsolete, but in fact it was used without knowing its limitations .Germans used it like dog fight, it is a error the bf110 need change the tactic and use to "Boom and Zoom" have a nice turns but the weight can be not to surpass the recovery of the monoplanes.It is best than british´s Beaufighter or blenheins.
my conclusion is that the bf110 is the best in the roll, the one that better can maintain a fight, But I like the Ju88. :birthday2
