The Catalina X is finally released.

Great paints. Thanks for the Fire retardant fx Slund. I've put mine under smoke so I can key it with the "I" key.

No doubt, Yago is the master :ernae:
Make me want quit paintning...those textures are absolutely fantastic!

LOL - nice touch - they deserve their own plate somewhere considering how excellent this product is;.

Agreed. A magnificent plane, in my opinion it is the new benchmark regarding realism and general quality for this class of add-on aircraft. I can't comment on the P-47 Razorback, but I suppose it's on par with that one ?
Love it! :ernae:

Thanks again to all repainters; Tom (Stovall), Yago9, Chris Brisland, Dag, Jens-Ole, Henry,...(and those I forgot, too of course!)!

I would say it is as good as any A2A product. Yes - the P-47 is exceptional as well.

Both are exceptional planes, and I will probably end up downloading as many paints for the Cat as I have for the Jug...ie LOTS

According to Wikipedia
"Between 1940 and 1945, two ex-RAF aircraft were used by BOAC for a Poole to Lagos service."
I havnt been able to find any other info or pictures though. Anyone know anything of have any links to pictures ?
I would love repaints of them or maybe even have a go at doing them myself.

I just got the CAT. Yago, your paints are absolutely unbeatable. Man, they really bring the CAT to life. Thank you
Ted

I have to say I LOVE this plane. By far the best payware I have bought in a long, long time.

I can almost believe it's early June 1941 in the Pacific...

It's hard to imagine the long stretch of hours these crews endured scouring thousands of square miles of the ocean looking for the Japanese fleet...
