The FSX experience in FS9?

aeromed202

Has anyone installed Howards Mix? It is available on Flightsim.com and claims to be a superlative re-make of the FS9 environs including scenery, sky, clouds, water, etc. I DL'd it to another location for inspection but want to save a few things before trying it out.
Some of the screenies look promising but others seem to have parallel scenery lines, like some water texture attempts show at higher altitudes.

Yeah...think there are multiple threads on this, perhaps mods can consolidate, then one could comment once?

i use it combined with REPro, FSElemental and a few other bits.... it's ok if you're a mid alt pilot but blurred easilly at low or high alts in the distance... trees i like....

I played with it some more. Didn't like the trees especially. They caused more shimmering than what I was using. I'm going to stick with fe and gepro.
