Methink .. the virtual flight will be the only way to fly big jets in the future .. when oil will be more rare than the diamond

They could've mentioned FlightGear in that article...


Anyways, oil won't be rare that soon. Once the dependancy on it for mundane stuff such as electrical energy generation or jet fuel has decreased, prices will drop.
Maybe we'll see gas prices along the lines of the 1940s/50s in thirty to fifty years.
I for once will do my part to achieve that.
