Hi Sg38,

That Dornier is really good!!!:jump::jump::jump: Please complete it!!! It is an aircraft we all need for free in FSX or FS9. Please, Please, Please?

Well,
many flight simmers, many opinions:
Piper PA-38 Tomahawk is good,
Do27 is better
Noorduyn C-64 Norseman is the best.

Greetings
Dieter

Definitely, but due to the surprising reactions I'm not sure if I shouldn't do a second poll; Tomahawk vs Do-27 ?

Here's some further news. As there were numerous requests for the Do 27 (despite the fact that it wasn't even part of this poll) I started a second one: PA-38 vs Do 27, as the PA-38 was the clear winner at this one.

When I told the flightschool concerned that I would be ready to visit them to for the fotos, flights, sound recordings etc... they suddenly said: you know, we think that's too expensive for us etc...

So that leaves me without the PA-38 as this is the only one registered by a flightschool in Austria, which in turn means that the Do 27 is in the works now.

Sorry folks but I hope that this isn't too bad news....

No bad news at all. Making a high quality freeware aircraft without any money is not easy. Best of luck on the Do27 :salute:

Hi Sg38,

As much as I voted for the Do-27, I still thinks it is sad that the flight school withdrew their offer of a flight so you could make your aircraft. Where has goodwill gone?

There's a Tomahawk based at my local field should you ever want pics etc just give me a shout. :)

That's a kind offer thanx :) but main reason for choosing the Tomahawk was that I would have been able to do my own test flights with the real thing....
