The loss of a dear friend

Dear Flight Sim Community –

It is very sad news to inform everyone that one of our very dear friends and REX team member - Rick Brown (papab) passed away.

This is a huge unexpected shock to us all and especially to his family. Rick had just retired recently. He was an amazing person to know as well as had a tremendous passion for flight simulation and the community.

This is a true loss to our REX family and we are privileged to have known him.

Our prayers go out to their family.

I am sad to hear of this loss. Way too soon, and at such a young age. My thoughts are with you, the family, and friends.

The amazing thing about our community is the sense of family. We feel a personal loss when one of ours passes.
My sincere condolences for the family and friends of Pabab, and a most heart felt thanks for the time, and talent he shared with us.

Sad news, and so soon after the loss of Ian.

Rick had been a member of our testing team since the Canberra PR9, our first in-house project, and his commitment and enthusiasm were second to none. A great loss.

Really very sad to hear of Rick's passing. Another valued member of our community leaves us. My condolences to his friends and family.
