Sorry to sound like a broken record, but the author clearly states
on his website that it should only be distributed by him from there.

As Frank said previously he most likely exceeded his bandwidth allotment for the month.

The basic file size is huge to begin with and probably could be packed better. That and he ought to consider other websites to host the file. I know he probably wants to control the distribution but his ISP may not appreciate the continued traffic to his site....

The two seater is ok (unless I missed it and Roland released a new one with similar restrictions).

In the image of the black 2000N above, is that Piper Cub attached to the ceiling in the hanger in the background?

Yes! I have flown once from Sion with a little Robin, back in 2002 and they did have a Cub attached to the ceiling, just like that. Unfortunately, I haven't asked for details then.

Well, that's pretty interesting and certainly adds to the credibility of the scenery. I was thinking some texture was out of position. Thanks for the reply.

Downlod i s avaliable gain. You need to create an accct, when you do it shows an error, just ignore, hit the back arrow in browser, hit the download, enter username and pass word and your off.
 
Then it was definitely a case of exceeding the allotted bandwidth for the
month. Hopefully the download file has been trimmed to reduce the size
and maybe allow a few more folks to download should it end again. Using
an experiment I was able to reduce the zip by nearly 100MB on my system.
