The only other photo I could find with the "training wheel" up front was this one labeled the "A".

This one came about a decade later than the Orenco.

The photo is a little deceiving. It's actually a unorthodox twin. The builder was known for his unusual designs.

No confusion over this ugly bug - she's been here before, but a long time ago - please proceed when recognised - (hope they had strong hinges on that tail section !)

I believe we had that plane here not so long ago, probably posted by Chris, but can find only the entry from 2008.
