You'd have to get up North to find this old bird who may still be around in Renton, WA. She is the Dominion Skytrader, which, like many decent-looking aircraft, just didn't make it.


Right, something a lot easier to get it moving - a nice friendly smoothie floater

Rgr that. Without the greenhouse, at first glance it looks like something Italian.

How about another floater?
 
Well I just found this one - it had to be American (straw boaters, the uniform, and those floppy caps a bit of a giveaway) and is a rather handsome machine, especially in the second excellent picture.
It is a Naval Aircraft Factory N-1 gunship.
 
I have been very pressed for time recently and have only had time for quick visits, but not enough time for research. So off the top of my head,and not too confident, is it a PZL MD 12 Mielec?
