Derived from a land plane that appeared in this thread a long time ago. Why they thought the giant central float was a nice aerodynamic solution is anybody's guess.

Yessir she's the Loening XSL-1 all folded up (yes I must admit this was one of the funniest pics I came across over the last few days).
