The Ongoing Mystery Aircraft Thread Part Deux.

Correct! :icon29: The Letov LK-1, designed by Anton Kuhelj and built by Letov Works in Ljublana. Several built. Also designated Aero Technicki Avod ATZ-55. I hoped that Wout would clarify such things.

Hi giruXX:encouragement:
I am not sure about the ATZ-55 designation for the Letov LK-1.
Aero Technicki Avod was also involved in the production of the Vajic V-55, a design of Mr. Borislav Vajic for the Zagreb Aero Club. (I posted the V-55 a couple of weeks ago).
It would/could make sense that the ATZ-55 designation applied to the V-55 for Aero Technicki Zagreb.
A couple of years ago I tries to find an answer, but the reaction from former Yugoslavia did not help much.
Sorry.

Thanks for waiting. :very_drunk:

I'm a bit earlier at home as planned so I can present you my new mystery now.

Which aircraft are under construction here?

I didn't even notice the railing. It looks like part of the the wing struts. When Chris mentioned the fuselage I thought how it was squared off or something.:dizzy:

That is the Technoavia Rysachok, a Russian racehorse which seems to have stalled in the starting gate !

Apparently designed to replace the An-2 - a hard act to follow........

Thanks Chris - the Russian colours (the blue is paler than most tricolours) set me on the right path. Do you think they gave the pilot a ladder ??

Here's a colourless flivver waiting for a sunnier day......wonder if anyone knows what the colour was ??

Hi boys and girls sorry for the long silence but I had some rather personal problems as of late...Could she be the "Gordon Dove" of Premier Aircraft Construction Ltd?
Cheers
Carlo
