The Schroeder Dragontail Goodyear racer (N60298 and race # 50). Lost before it could compete.
 
There is some Piper in it, but remainder is own design.
I promise a better picture once solved.

That, Sir, is 100% correct. Registered N3M and reportedly Mr. Bailey may even have built two examples. Sadly Mr. Bailey lost his life while performing in N3M in October 1950.
As promised a better picture.

Moses' floater is the Besson MB-26.
 
I think we need a clue. Been all over the map with this one but convinced it is a western Europe number.

Either that or everyone easily guessed it within five minutes and I'm the outlier.
