The Ongoing Mystery Aircraft Thread Part Deux.

My first post in this thread despite reading it every day, but that looks very Piper-ish to me. The nose and engine nacelles look very similar to the Twin Comanche but the cabin and tail don't look like any Piper I've seen.
 
Well against my better judgment I entered the world of GA aircraft (I'm not going to make a habit of this) and came up with the Simmering-Graz-Pauker M-222 Flamingo.

The later prototypes were modified to look even more like a Cessna/Piper. (Yawns..........)

De Havilland Canada/Defense Research Board (Canada) modified Otter, usually known as STOL Otter. This was the second configuration with the two PT6A engines. Initially flown with the more standard P&W R1340 radial engine.

You have a proper photo of the twin wout? Not that it would help much as I can say right off I haven't a clue. Something post-war France maybe...
 
Moses03. French yes, postwar almost. This design was known under two designations.
Unfortunately have no better picture in my files, but will give you a link

:applause: Correct Moses03. One aircraft and three designations. MB-800P was the first and also SO-80 and SO-800P seen. S.A. des Avions Marcel Bloch was nationalized in 1936 and became SNCASO (hence change to SO-80/SO-800P) and of course Marcel Bloch changed his name to Marcel Dassault after WW2.
You already found two sites and www.airwar.ru/enc/cww2/mb800.html has a colour drawing. Text is in Russian.
I never new there were in fact 3 designs of Bloch which were known as MB-800 (see the english language version of the dasault site).
