Maybe this entry was too new (prototype flew on 3 December 2010).
It is the Technoavia Rysachok. Surprisingly few info is on the net, except numerous entries that GE will deliver the H80 (nee Walter M601) turbines.
It seems the Rysachok uses the same basic fuselage as the Technoavia SM-92 Finist single.
