This machine was flown by a famous pilot of that time and was built by a company that continued to be a major manufacturer for many years after this machine was produced.
 
Hello all - back from sunny Madeira - wish we hadn't - the 757 didn't cope too well with a 60mph crosswind at Glasgow - bounciest, swerviest landing I have had in 50 years flying....

Dave, does this machine have a Standard/Lindbergh connection ????
