• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I think srgalahad and lefty cleaned out the bar! Our avatars have shrunk as well. The powers that be must be fiddling with the forum software again.

HEY!!! I left a drop or two!!!
However, the joint was locked down last night while we were flying for " updates" and it looks like, once again, progress rears it's ugly head.
Wonder if the staff ever do anything (right) around here...

In the meantime, they have about as much chance as I have of guessing the latest Patagonian flivver - if Moses says it's off the beaten track, he usually means it......

Don't know a lot about this one. It crashed in 1930 on it's way to flight trials (oops). The designer later built a cabin monoplane and then disappeared from the scene. You can strike off USA & Europe...

When they repainted the 941 (ed. - in the AAL scheme) for the US tour, they actually (supposedly "by accident") covered over the Breguet logos so retouching may not have been required :wiggle:

For something a bit smaller, lighter and less successful (there's a hidden hint)
