If it's between Sweden and Russia, it's Finland. Been there a couple of times and never seen this flivver buzzing around.

Maybe if I'd gone to the local Helsinki fairground........

Actually, if it's postwar, I am little surprised that Wout has not sniffed around.

The designer (pictured), moved on to helicopters after a couple of fixed wing designs, including this parasol number.

I hear crickets. Okay, this is the CAGA (Costruzioni Aeronautiche Giovanni Agusta) AG.2 from 1927. Never could find engine specs or number built despite what the poster said.

What is this one then?

 
One built, being modified as a two place setup from single seat version one. From a tiny firm that built only three planes.
