My dear Lefty this is a Gabardini-CANSA Lictor 130 of 1935 (only one was built derived from the Lictor 90)....

This is going to be a difficult item therefore let me give you a couple of clues: it was built in South America where it seldom flew ending up its days as a trophy in the forecourt of a commercial centre in the city of Martinez...

Your reply seems to me basically correct although the information I have is somewhat different. It is correct that this Aircraft was planned by Turbay in Argentina however following attached link calls it Alaire (the factory where it was built) AL-1 (LV-X44) and according to same it first flew in 1970.
