I saw Wayne Cochran perform at a Indianapolis night club around 1978. His was one of the wildest, most energetic shows I'd ever seen!

I remember he opened his act by coming out and pouring shampagne in people's glasses on the way to the stage. Cool dude. His bouffant hairstyle was famous. "Going Back To Miami" was a big hit for him. And the "Blues Brothers" revived it. A definite career change however, he is listed by Broward County, Florida as:
