No, Dave, whoever did this needs to have the same thing done to them. And have it publicized, big time. Videos on YouTube, etc. An eye for an eye as the Bible says. Perhaps, just perhaps, it would not reoccur if these "humans" were treated the same as their animal victims.
 
What is really disturbing is that this type of animal cruelty is often the "entry level" of behavior for sickos who eventually move up to human victims.

There truly are some disturbed SOBs out there.

I have to say, though, that wanting to inflict like treatment on these bad actors is indicative of equally disturbed thought.

It really burns my bacon to read something like this. A sick a-hole did this just for kicks and to get his jolly off. There is no punishment that person or persons could get to correct there sick mind.
 
I would personally remove them from the gene pool. As has already been written, this is the open door to 'greater' things. And as regard to 'Ooman rights', a child dies needlessly every four seconds in Africa and nobody seems to care, so why worry about 'shy Teds'.
