I think that's an older video. IIRC he's about 17 years old now and has done a lot more songs (mostly covers of other peoples work).

Also, he was not quite 11 at the time of the recording...

Released on December 9, 2002, 10 days before his 11th birthday, this was Declan's first single.
 
Eleven when he sang that song and wrote it too wow.
That is a very powerful song for an eleven year old to write must have been very mature for his age.
