This video card any good? EVGA GTX470, (012-P3-1472-TR)

I'd like to get some feedback on the EVGA GTX470, (012-P3-1472-TR)

Reason being is I have the chance to buy one from a friend, who just upgraded to dual GTX570's.

The card is only a few months old, and never overclocked. It looks like new.

He'll give it to me for $75.00.

I'm real tempted to get it as an upgrade for my other computer from an ATI4870.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

EDIT; I suppose I should also add, this card will not be supporting FS9 or FSX. But basically every other game my kids feed it.

I just picked up a used EVGA GTX 460 from a work buddy, today... Literally. Got it inside the box and still haven't run FS, but I'm sure it's gonna be big over my GTX 285. I got mine for $100, so for $75... Damn, I wish I had gotten mine for that! LOL :ernae:

From a 4870, ya won't be disappointed... Make sure your PSU has the juice, and throw her in there. :ernae:

Hey, for a $100 bucks you got a pretty good deal too I think. LOL!

I'll have to pop open the case and give it a go then.

Thanks for the reply PT. :salute:

You got it, buddy. I think $100 wasn't bad, either. They're still going for $150-200, depending on how hard ya look. :ernae:
