So I just settled down to purchase some tickets for the upcoming World Cup Qualifier that is going to be played here in Columbus on September 11th against Jamaica. I went 4 years ago to see USA play Mexico, and WIN!!, and it was just absolutely amazing to be in that kind of atmosphere. (even if it was in Feb. in Ohio!)
So the point of my Angst is the completely outrageous fees that ticketmaster charges when you purchase your tickets. I mean, I bought 4 $42 tickets... EACH came with a $7 "Convenience Charge" , very convenient of them... as if that isn't bad enough, they tack on an "order processing fee" of $5, and, and, and this is the best one, a $3 ticketfast charge for me to print them myself!!!!!!!!! In the end, I could have bought another ticket!!!!!
Not much I can do I know, but I just think that it has gotten pretty darn ridiculous....
