Tiger Moth

Yes, yes, the model is a bit rubbish, but that is when I had a bit less information, seems to be that the internet has information on everything but that aircraft (The cockpit at least)

It's not rubbish Phillip, it just needs a few tweaks! There's not many of us who can say they have got a model that looks like what it's supposed to be, in CFS3!

I'll look forward to your upgrade.

BTW if you need info just shout?

yes, the model is a bit rubbish

It certainly is not Phillip, as John says it's no mean achievment to get a fully working model into cfs3, hundreds of hours of work when you add it all up. Am looking forward to the tweaked version very much. :)

yes, but if I redo it then it will look like a pile of... next to the new model. (the hardest part is trying to do the nose, very complicated!)

Does it really need a complete rebuild Phillip? Up to you of course mate but looking at it the fuselage justs needs scaling up slightly and some rigging wires and cockpit detail adding in.

Whatever you decide it will be appreciated judging by the amount of interest this thread is getting. :)

Actually, I'm reasonably satisfied with it "as is" and that's why I took the time to build a high res template, and offer to put out some new versions.

Given permission, my offer still stands to do a few different high res versions with the current model as we have it.

If it's the stock CFS3 pilot0 figure included in the model, he doesn't scale. Pity really, we could have a more genuine hobbit in there...

Hey I'm all for a Hobbit in there..:icon_lol:
I hope this Tiger Moth Bounces well.. :isadizzy:
Looks like it could be a great bird to wreck!!!:gameoff:
OPPS, off to hide..

BRAVO..:salute:
Off to put on my Purple and Pink Flying scarf..:jump:
And wreck a Tiger Moth..:ernae:

Interestingly, in the early days of the war, CC were so short of aircraft to patrol the coastal areas, that they used TM's to scare surfaced U-boats with flare guns!
