To change a light bulb at 1700ft...

That light would just stay burnt. I am surprised they weren't attached to a safety harness the entire time? I see why the faces were blurred. Safety wouldn't be happy with the way he was climbing without a secure line all the time.

:barf:the funny thing is, when I used fly real planes I had no fear of heights but put me on a standard stepladder and i'm scared witless.
 
I think that was more scary, than any horror movie I have seen for a long time

That was scary - Though I didnt realize they had an elevator for the first 1600 feet in such a thin tower
 
Was watching on Discovery (The Big Fix or something like that) the other day about some repairs on TV tower about the same height...got vertigo watching it.

I'm fine with airplanes, helicopters and buildings, but ladders... oh, it's not pretty.
