Tracker as scenery with folded wings...

For one of the versions of the Doorman I'm building, I need a Tracker with folded wings that I can add as a library object to the ship. The problem I encounter is that the model I intended to use is too complex and I can't get the wings to fold with SAMM.
Does anyone here have an idea or a workaround to get these wings folded?

Have you tried to do it with MCX? In MCX you will have more options to freeze animated parts in any position you want than you have with SAMM.

Yes, you need to be in the Animation Editor, select the animation you want to freeze. Then move the Animation Editor - Animation Control slider to the key frame where you want to freeze the parts. Then click the "Fix selected Animations" button. Repeat the process for other parts - animations you want to freeze.

BTW: Before you export the model as static, you need to align the wheels with the surface by adjusting pitch and Z-Axis (flyable models which are exported as statics will sit partially below the surface if you do not adjust them). I find this task easier if you switch to the left or right side camera view.
