Ingredients
•1L of red wine (Bordeaux or others
)
•130g of brown sugar
•2 cinnamon sticks
•1 star of badiane
•1/2 tsp 4-spice powder
•2 oranges
•1 orange zest
Recipe
1.Pour the red wine into a saucepan with the brown sugar and spices.
2.Cut the oranges into slices or quarters. Recover the zest. Put them in the pot.
3.Bring to a simmer without boiling for 5 minutes. Off the heat, cover and let infuse for 20 minutes.
4.Filter and serve hot.5.Arrange one orange slice per glass. Decorate with star anise and cinnamon stick.
