Trim Tabs

Short of "cheating" and adding an aileron or rudder trim tab control to the aircraft.cfg, is there a way to simulate the effects of a ground-adjustable trim tab in FSX?

I mean the cheat would do, especially if you could make a note in the kneepad saying, "remember guy, set the aileron trim to 1.2 deg. before take off," and that would even be a good thing to do to find out easily what the trim should be set to anyway, but having it be hard-coded in is a bit more realistic, I suppose.

Ya could set a light weight on a long moment arm to affect the trim, as a load station, or even just shift the empty CG a snitch in the CFG file.
