Uploaded now- as you know takes time to be approved and appear

Forgot that Icons both in VC and 2 D show up when you hover with mouse over it

I'm having a problem with it installed in my FSX Steam , the warning "Visual model could not be displayed" pops up when selecting the aircraft.

Is anyone else having issues ?

I had the original FS9 version with the 2D panel, but I wasn't aware of the updated FSX model with VC at Simviation, so that's great news.

I'm a happy chappy now that I've got the FSX Turbo Connie up and running.

Are you aware of any other civilian textures that will work on this model ?

Hi Pete

Any L-1049 repaint will do- many at flightsim, simviation and Cal Classic ( Gonzales files )

BUT BIGGER BUT

You have to modify the fuse_t.bmp and fin_t.bmp (and copy the fuselage side you want, the tanks and the fins into textures taken from L-1249A). That as especially engines are different and tip tank location too
