Turn Your Knob

Wow, that's pretty amazing! Just out of curiosity, is it completely piloted from one side, split with the pilot on one side and the co-pilot on the other, or are separate flight crews required for each individual side? That's really one wild looking aircraft.

They are both on one side. I don't recall which side, but I could look at my photos and see. There are false windows on the other side.

Thanks for the info Kiwikat, and no need to check the photos. I was just curious how that worked, and knowing how it's piloted was more the subject of my curiosity than knowing which side was actually used. :)

If this don't turn your knob ................. you don't like airplanes..

:monkies:

Well, i don't know bout liking airplanes..... only watched it 6 times in succession.... even started to love the song..

Thanks, Joe! Gotta be one of the finest short airshow video's on Youtube ! :applause:

Now let's see one of the FS video wizards replicating it, éh !? :) ( a years work, no doubt ??...) Apart from the Virgin Galactic WhiteKnightTwo, some homebuilts, and the guy with the scooter we'd come a long way re aircraft models, counting FS9 and FSX. :d

cheers,
Jan

Hi,
Great video, thanks for sharing, but has anyone notice on the second video (Ten Minutes of Airventure 2009 Part 1) the small white aircraft at the 00:30-00:45 secs stage it seems to be coming in a bit fast it then doe's a sharp turn and then you see the tail pop up so to me looks like it's nose has gone in.
