Just to let you guys and gals know that once all paks are uploaded, Manfred (mjahn) will upload the C-47/C-117D models. TF
 
Great news dude, congrats on a fine sound pack. You put alot of work into it and I know it'll quickly become one of the most popular sound packs out there.

Trying to find the right word other than outstanding for these sounds . The only thing I can think of is immersing which is probably not the proper one . Just feels like your standing on top of the wing when your firing one engine up . Check Food Lion Ad and Fred Meyer Ad.When both are rumbling it just doesn't get any better than this .

Been beta testing a couple of other aircraft and only just finished setting up the sound and repaints late last night just before I hit the f**t sack. If it is anything like the vids you have posted then I will be a happy chappy. Thank you for your great work. Nothing short of amazing.
 
Not enough space to say enough great things about these packages and how well they fit together.

But I do have one complaint so far. I'm spending all my time on the ramp staring at these birds and starting/ stopping the engines that I've yet to get in the air.:cowboy:

takes me back to the early '50s when I was a young CAP officer in Lynchburg, VA. Piedmont used the airport on a daily basis and I was overjoyed to see/hear those awesome DC-3 birds from only a few feet away.

Guess which of the new liveries is getting most of the attention?:icon_eek:

+1 Must agree with that. Truly GREAT as the whole release is, this sound pack is just the absolute dogs wottsits;-) Loving it! thank you!!!
 
Finally got to take a quick flight in the C-47 last night. Took a while to get her started, but finally managed it. Just as I was getting permission to taxi out to the active at Gillespie, KSEE, the wife started turning lights off and said "bedtime." So I just took a quick jaunt down to Brown Field, KSDM. Some awesome sound, and great flight manners.

Hope to get some more time in this weekend. Thanks for these, Tufun, Gman, and MJ, and anyone else on the team I didn't mention. :applause::applause::applause:
 
Thanks to all who have downloaded this sound pak!!! It may not sound exactly like a Dak as other sound paks do, but much appreciate those who enjoy this pak. Well it's my first attempt at creating something like this. I also created the smoke effects for both models! Again thanks! :salute:
