Two A/c driving me nuts re DX10 glass

Cannot seem to find any DX10 compatible glass nor can I convert the existing both are opaque in VC mode.

1. Massimo Taccoli's Canadair CL-215

2. The Posky B777 - can't even work out which is the glass file with this one.

Searching the interwebs has proven fruitless.

Anyone got any ideas?

Don't have either of those aircraft but it souns like a glass texture needs a darkened alpha. I remember with the A2A bombers a texture called something like "glass interior" was posted and this fixed their problem.

You are probably correct there, but neither a/c has obvious glass texture file names. Well, the CL-215 does, but very small file sizes (2k & 65k) I have tried to tinker with them using the BMP tool with no joy.
In depth searching of the Interwebs it seems the POSKY 777 it may not be possible. Alas and alack I cannot afford the PMDG one at the moment. :-(

Also, in reference to the Posky 777, I don't know what version of the "Triple7" you have but flightsim.com has 3 pages dedicated mostly to the Posky B777 and most are for FSX. If they're for FSX then the glass texture is surely correct in those.

Falcon thanks very much for that, works just fine in the CL-215. As for the 777 it appears that it just isn't DX10 friendly for whatever reason.
