21 years later for the glacier to shift enough to expose the unfortunate climbers remains. Very sad, but good for everyone close to him. As they can all rest.

This is the way of glaciers. They give up lost climbers every now and then. The hard part after a climber is lost, is knowing it will take decades (if ever) for this find.
