UFC 4-211-01N Aircraft Maintenance Hanger Type I WIP

Well it is. Just need to put the finishing touches on. This may be another library item. The only ones of these I've seen in real life are at KNGU (Norfolk Naval Shipyard). By the way, UFC means Uniform Facilities Criteria. Type I is the smaller one. Type II is for really big planes. You'll notice AFFF nozzles in the deck among the drainage grates...everything (I believe) should be in line with the prints.

Yes, I know I need to finish the bridge crane too....:icon_lol:

Looks real good Jim.
Say Jim do you know if anyone made a hanger/bunker like the in this pic. Look right behind the ATR and you'll see it. Pic was taken at MUCU, Cuba. This type of hanger seems to appear all over cuba's airports.

You might take a look at Tom Andrew's Brit Stuff. The Brits had an earth covered hangar. I havent had the need to use one yet.

Best,

Jim
