just toning out a medical aid call for a car OFF the bridge on "Dog Bar rd"...bear river bridge...its not real far off the water...but high enough it will more than likely be a fatal..not good..confermed by SO on sceen,,vehicle off the bridge into the river,submerged..and its a swift water river...
