Unblocking Files

Guys --

I'm attempting to download a panel for the FS2002 Junkers F.13 so I can fly it using the East Frisian scenery and the Junkers W.33.

I've downloaded the following files for use in the a/c:
juf13pa2.zip
20iesgau.zip

When I attempt to extract the files, I get a message that the files are blocked; when I try to unblock them using the prompt at the bottomg of the "Properties" window, they simply do not unblock.

What am I doing wrong?

Bad zip?????
I downloaded juf13pa2.zip from flightsim and had no problems opening/extracting using winzip and 7-zip. Sorry that's not much help, but you might try downloading the zips again.
