I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I found it a bit funny.
Take one conservationist, Stephen Fry and one very confused Kakapo (old night parrot of New Zealand). I don't know who to feel sorry for, the bird or the bloke.

this punk rocker gets on a bus. he's got a flourescent green and red and blue spiked mohawk, lots of peircings, etc. he sees this old man staring at him in a funny way. he says "hey old man, whatta you starin at me like that for?"

the old man respoded "when i was in the navy i once got so drunk i had sex with a parrot. i thought you might be my son"

This was excellent....!! I laughed, but at the same time I was intrigued.

In retrospect, the green shirt, combined with the submissive pose clearly led the poor parrot on.

I would say it's a form of animal cruelty, but I don't think the parrot really cared that much.

Not sure how reflective the lens of the guy's camera was either but I'm sure the bird was seeing his reflection in the lens and thinking .. Pretty bird! ... LOL!
