    Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

    You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

    If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

    To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

DC-3 N61981 @2B1 Marstons Mills Cape Cod MA anyone?

Hi,

2 DC-3's are often parked at 2B1 Marstons Mills (very nice scenery here at SOH of the airport btw). Somebody has already done one of them, N137PB, Anyone up for the other N61981? All white fuselage with blue and white stripe over the windows with gold trim and gray(?) wings with bare engine nacelles. A search for the N-number will bring up a bunch of pictures of her.

I'm gonna try myself, but you guys are better than me, thought somebody might like to do it.

Edit: I just noticed, they did N139PB, and lamented it's not flying. There are plenty of pics of N137PB in those colors and I think she's still flying. Flightaware says she's owned by Christopher J Siderwicz out of Marstons Mills MA as of May, 2017. Guess I can update the N-number on that paint too to get it current.

And turns out N61981 is the old N35PB

Oh well, based on the site below, N137PB was repainted in October of last year :(
