• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

HELP RAMI! Is the upload funtion still broken? Just tried to upload a repaint and got the same error as yesterday.

"SOH Message

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 422 characters."

Hope it's not something I'm doing wrong!

I sent another message to the highest senior staff on the issue, I hope the matter will be solved with all due speed. As soon as I know, so will you.

I tried to upload with Firefox 11 and wirh IE9, and experienced the same problem you are having. :mixedsmi:

When I want to upload I have to include a message of at least 612 characters?????

The latest news...

Hey guys,

As you are well aware, there have been some "issues" here the last few days with the navigation taskbar and the inability of users to upload new stuff. It would appear that the software update done last weekend caused more than a few snafus.

Rest assured that the database has not been compromised...and I will post direct links to the library here for you to have access to it.

Ickie and Canelo are still working on it. Trust me when I say that, because I can only imagine the frustration. They've been doing updates and other stuff each night, and it's still a tangled mess. Rest assured, however, that the database has not been compromised.

I was able to upload a package this morning without a problem, so why don't you try uploading any new files that you have, and we'll see how it goes. :running:

I think you just need to soothe the AI a little. I'm sure it feels a little overworked and under appreciated of late. Give it a nice defrag-down and some compile-time and maybe a little upgrade-ence that makes it feel special. You know, one of those nice indulgent packages you get for the missus every now and then.:icon_lol:

You're welcome, but it's Ickie and Canelo who deserve the credit. I wanted to make sure during this that you remained informed about what was happening. There are few things more frustrating than having things go haywire and remaining in the dark for hours and days on end. :mixedsmi:

But again we are left without the possibility to upload! I was even very pleased with the changed upload interface of the screenies. It seems the troubles are persistent this time?

Sometimes it works... and sometimes it doesn't. I usually start at the homepage just to see what has been uploaded before I go into the forums. Sometimes I see the Warbirds tab at the top, and sometimes all I see is the Home and Forum tab. Even after logging in..... I'm sure they'll get it worked out tho. I haven't uploaded anything in a long, long time, so I'm not complaining... just mentioning what I see when I get here.
