Uploaded corrected xdps for stock US vehicles

I've just uploaded some corrected and modified xdps for a number of US vehicles. Also one M3D modification. They are found under "CFS3 Other".

NBB: for the a_50cal I've set for "spawn=n" despite correcting the xdp, because you don't necessarily want to have these peashooters spawn as AA defence for your airbases (I've always preferred at least 40mm myself ).

I've also changed one or two vehicle xdp categories from "wheeled" to "tracked", to give more variety in some of the ground formations.
