Doesn't surprise me at all!

I would doubt anyone really slowed down long enough to check the young man's uniform. He was gravely wounded and needed evac. Planes and people were tasked, they moved... the job got done and looks like a happy ending.

Bravo Zulu to all involved and a speedy recovery to the young Squaddie!
