Usio's next ship!

Another masterpiece and very useful for mission builders. Several Tonan Marus were involved in ferrying aircraft, fuel and other cargo throughout the war. Many had unfortunate experiences with Submarines . "no. 3" was crippled by torpedoes ( quite a story of luck and several faulty torpedoes ) from submarine USS Tinosa in July, 1943. She was badly damaged and extensive repairs were necessary at Truk. During the first day of 'Operation Hailstone' February 17, 1944, she was sunk by planes from three carriers in the Lagoon. Thank you again USIO !

Something different, very nice choice!

Ha, Ha! Brings back memories of when the French Commandos sunk the Green Peace ship down in Fiji or New Zealand.

Here she is at dock in her war time livery.

The Patch continues to grow. What a Sim!

I want to thank the developers of this two addon for this Sim.

Another Great Work! Thank You Usio!

I'll second that Bill and yes I have a list of the major classes of IJN warships he's yet to cover. Fuso, Nagato, Furataka, Aoba, Myoko, Kuma, Agano, Katori, Kamikaze, Kawakaze, Asashio, Yugumo. He's done every other major class of surface warship (DD and greater) in the IJN inventory, as far as I can figure.

I love the new mecrchies he doing, I also hope he does some of the AP's and AK's. I've done a few ships but his small sub-systems are what makes his work a notch above. He must have a library full of them read to use. I'd love to take some of his AA Guns and put them on Ground Mounts too. The IJN ground forces made extensive use of weapons like the 127mm twin mounts and 25mm single, twin and triple mounts in their defense of airfields.
